2 Double Rooms - Turnpike Lane

I’m living in a three bed flat with two mates who are abandoning me to move in with a partner and go back to uni respectively.

I’m 24, love cooking, going on very long walks, and exploring new parts of London with my camera.

I’m looking for a couple of people to take their rooms. Ideally, I’d love some housemates that are pretty clean and a good laugh. It’d be great to find people that want to be mates rather than just see it as a place to sleep.

The rent is £3000 total and we’ve split that £1100/£950/950 so far, with the en-suite paying £1100. Bills haven’t been more than £150/month over winter and will come down as the weather gets warmer.

The living room and kitchen is brilliant, as you can hopefully see from the pictures, and I’ve got a video I can share too if you’re interested.
