Hiya! We are currently looking for a new housemate to join our lovely house near Turnpike Lane! Rent is £640 + bills (~£120) and comes with a private access to our garden 🪴

The house is very spacious with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shared between 4 as one room is an en-suite), one office, one big and bright kitchen and, ofc, the garden itself!

We are 4 girls (aged 26, 32, 33 and 34) friendly, clean and respectful looking for someone likeminded in their late 20s/early 30s to join our home 😊 We've been living here for about 3 years and want someone who's not just looking for a room to rent but a home to be a part of, and live by "clean as you go" to keep the house up to standard and a nice home to get back to:)

The house is about 10 min walk from Turnpike Lane Station, 15 min walk from Wood Green Shopping center, has a park 5 min walk away and a Sainsbury's literally around the corner!
