Double Room in Cosy Turnpike Lane Flat

We’re looking for a tidy, friendly flatmate to take over the contract from 25th April. There is the possibility of moving in sooner. The contracts run up until February with the option to renew.

* The room comes furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe
* The room is £650 and bills come up to £120 max

🏠The Flat (accessibility deets included)
* Modern flat in a Victorian residential building
* Council tax is Band D
* The main living space is open kitchen, dining, sitting room with new carpets
* There’s one step before you get into the house and then 15 stairs to get into the actual flat
* There’s an intercom system for security
* We have a TV with all the subscriptions you can imagine on it

📍Location - Turnpike Lane
* We’re 8 minutes away from Turnpike Lane and Hornsey Station
* We’re also super close to Crouch End (lots of cute charity shops, pubs and cafes)
* Just a few mins away from Tesco and Sainsbury’s and the Lidl is just a 10 minute walk

👩🏾‍🤝‍👩🏻About Us
* Josie (she/her) is 30, white, queer and Canadian. She works for a non-profit arts foundation and in her spare time likes to go to the cinema, charity shopping, gallery hopping and reading tarot. She makes an amazing cheeseboard.
* Dhan-nun (he/they) is 25. They are a writer and photographer, originally from New Zealand. They value safe, communicative, and relaxed home environments with people who share values in mutual liberation, community and care.

👉🏾 About You
* Someone who can treat this place as a home, is clean and willing for a chat but can do their own thing
* Preferably in their late 20s or early 30s
* We’d also like someone who is a good communicator and has great relational ethics
