We are looking for a new house mate who is after a quiet, relaxed home in this rather quiet professional house share.

This spacious beautiful double room IS AVAILABLE from the 11th of MAY.

The room is only available for NON SMOKERS. You`d be sharing with 2 lovely girls and 2 friendly guys.

The room is spacious and comes fully furnished: double bed, huge double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with chair, standing book shelves etc

The rent is £695/month all bills included (approx £160/week).

The house is close to Tube 6-7 min walk (or 2 bus stops), Zone 3 Turnpike lane station (Piccadilly line)
-20 min walk (10 min by bus), Zone 2 Manor House station (also on the Piccadilly Line)
-several bus line just around the corner, 29 Trafalgar sq via Camden Town (24 hours service), 141 London Bridge, 341 Waterloo


The house has 1 complete bathroom with bath/shower/WC and 1 additional separate WC with a sink.
Shared large kitchen/diner. Fully equipped with microwave, cooker/oven, 2 fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster, pots, cups, etc. No living room.

Large sunny garden ideal for BBQ's.

2 weeks deposit required in advance to secure the room for you. Also payable on your move in day is your first rent.
The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay. All bills and Council Tax and Internet and TV license are included in the price. The notice is 2 weeks only!
