I have a quiet, single room to let in a friendly flat close to Turnpike Lane.

The room is simply decorated, quiet and clean. You will have full use of the kitchen, bathroom [wet room], sitting room and sunny garden, all shared with welcoming female owner. Smokers welcome in the garden!

The kitchen is well equipped with big kitchen table, cooker/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The sitting room has a generous sized sofa and TV. The bathroom is designed as a wet room.

The room has a comfortable single bed, desk, chest of drawers, clothes hanging space, large mirror and arm chair.

Rent includes all bills and wifi. Bedding & towels can be provided and laundered weekly.

My attractively decorated garden flat is very well located and has the following transport links:
5 minutes walk to Turnpike Lane Tube and Bus Station (Piccadilly Line: Finsbury Park, for Victoria line 5 mins; King's Cross 15 mins; Central London 20-25 mins. Night buses to/from Central London.
15 minutes walk to Hornsey BR Station (direct to Moorgate in the City).
Good local bus service.

Parking is available between 6.30pm-8am, Monday-Friday.

Heathrow Airport is 1 hour+ direct on the Piccadilly Line and Stansted Airport can be accessed within 1 hour via Tottenham Hale's Stansted Express station, which is 15 minutes drive away.

Local shops and supermarkets on West Green Road 2 mins walk.
Restaurant's and bar's at buzzy Harringay Green Lanes 10 mins walk.
High street shopping on Wood Green High Road 5 mins walk.

Rent is £500 per calendar month.
