Just 5 mins walk to Turnpike Lane tube on Piccadilly line z3 (20 mins to Kings Cross station from leaving house). 7 mins walk to Hornsey BR and a 15 minute journey to the City.

Very close to Green Lanes with independent shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes, supermarkets, two night buses, cinemas, parks and gyms.

Suit professional or post-grad. House interests include running, playing tennis, watching football and cricket, swimming, gym, current affairs/politics, food, cooking, pub, cinema, travelling.

It is my house, so I'm not an agent but looking for someone who will fit in well and care for place when I’m away. Saying you don’t mind watering the plants is a great opening salvo!

The room is a furnished small double overlooking back garden - no street noise. Warm, quiet aspect, wardrobe space, drawers, small desk, double bed.

Other Housemate works in tv production and lives in the en-suite room. Not big party house but friendly social vibe. Sometimes cook together or grab a local beer. Suit a sporty type. Parkrun regular.

Lots of storage space in house, bike friendly with indoor safe storage. Car parking easily available outside on resident's permit.

£800 monthly totally ALL inclusive of all bills - also includes Sky tv HD and TNT (sport and movies) and council tax, gas/electricity/water rates, contents insurance and broadband for wi-fi.

I work in sports pr/politics, travel to a lot of sport and football events. An interest in football/running/fitness definitely an advantage. All nationalities welcome.

Monday to Friday rental at lower rate also considered.
