Beautiful loft in Clapton! Short-term rental

Hello!

I’m biased but I believe that this is one of the most beautiful buildings in East London and the flat is absolutely incredible- lots of space, light and character. I've been here for 12 years and it's the best property I've ever lived in and the location is wonderful. You have the river and parks just at the end of the street. The area is full of great bars and restaurants and the train is just a 5 minute walk.

A few highlights:
1) Massive communal room with incredible furniture, including a table that seats 16 people which is fantastic for feasting and remote working!
2) Big patio! The internet is great in the garden so you can work there on a sunny day :) It's also a beautiful garden to workout, do yoga etc. Perfect for the summer!
3) Double room with your own lovely bathroom
6) Wonderful neighbours and a real sense of community

This is a short-term rental up to 5 months.

You will share with me and my boyfriend. I will be there on and off but our bedroom is a private suite on the other side of the flat so you have privacy as well.

Please make note of the following "rules". I want to make sure you're renting in a property that feels comfortable and in alignment with what you want.
- No parties
- A home for nonsmokers
- Shoes off inside and bikes outside. A bike storage shed and bike lock spots are in the building.
- We have a cat, Gigi, who is the loveliest, sweetest girl in the world
