One-bed flat E5/N16

It was a 2-bed flat but one of the bedrooms will be locked and used as storage, effectively making it a one-bed flat.

It's a nice place on the 3rd floor (out of 4 & there's a lift) and all the flats in the block are privately owned. The bedroom has a good double bed, and the kitchen has all the usual useful things. The shower in the bathroom comes from a mixer tap, but is actually really good as the water pressure is nice & strong.
The broadband is Virgin media.
There is also off-street parking.
A short let is fine.

The rent includes most bills except gas/elec, which doesn't come to much as the place is well insulated and has an efficient boiler.

I'll have to pop back to the spare room every now and then, to get something or sort something out, but will always let you know in advance, & make sure it's convenient for you. It should get less frequent as time goes on! Thanks.
