Double room available in 2 bed flat in Upper Clapton, top floor of a 4 story block.

It's bright and light in the mornings which is nice to wake up to with views across the marshes. Springfield Park, Millfields Park and the River Lea are close by.

The bedroom is unfurnished and has a large built in wardrobe/cupboard (+ a shelving unit as an option). The rest of the flat is furnished and there's a small balcony too.

I’m 36 and a resource manager for creative agencies. That usually means a steady Mon-Fri office routine, but with lockdown life is a bit different lately!

I have a very friendly cat who you'd be sharing the flat with too. (His favourite hobby is napping). So I'm definitely seeking a fellow cat lover.

I’m really into tennis and like relaxing with TV/movies. Usually I enjoy going out for dinner & cocktails, or a pint in the local pub. Lately I've been enjoying long walks, bike rides and trying to read more books! I'm pretty active, love being outside and do a bit of yoga sometimes.

I'm looking for someone chilled, tidy, and self sufficient who is equally happy for the occasional house take-away and movie night.

Clapton overground station is a 7 minute walk away, with the buses of Upper Clapton Road (106, 253, 254). Stoke Newington Church Street and Chatsworth Road are both a 20 minute walk away.

Rent is £750/month (exclusive of bills) & the deposit is £750.
