Garden View Room - Clapton+Stokey
The house is very close to great transport links and local amenities such as Stoke Newington Church Street (5 min walk). This house would be good for a full-time working professional who would love to live in a calm, clean, easy going and well-looked after home. I have a gorgeous cat that makes the house really feel like a home.
You will be sharing with a friendly and tidy female (former teacher, postgraduate law student) and an easy-going female who works as a speech and language child therapist. I am looking for a housemate who is similar in the sense that you’re friendly, chilled, have positive energy, and you also enjoy your own space. It’s always a plus if you’re considerate of others and make every effort to keep all communal areas clean at all times – it just makes life easier when sharing.
It’s a spacious but cozy room with a double bed, chest-of-draws and bedside table. The room overlooks the little garden.
There is a large modern kitchen that also overlooks the garden. We have two fridge/freezers so no struggling for space with your shopping. The kitchen is large enough to house a sofa and sofa chair where we catch up with one another (there isn't a separate living room). There is a clean, bright bathroom and a separate toilet upstairs too.
All bills are included in the rent of £595 (Internet, Council Tax, gas and electricity etc.)
