Dean & Theo here (Theo is my 2yr old Frenchie). We're looking to fill our 2nd room as my bro is moving back home to Oz.

A bit about the house- it's a high-quality new build located in Upper Clapton, a 4min walk from Clapton Overground. The building is nestled back from Upper Clapton road so is nice and quiet, and boasts 883ft. Apt comes with all the comforts of a modern build: Bosch appliances (+dishwasher), carpet in the bedrooms & tiles in living areas (with underfloor heating throughout), balcony + large open plan living and dining space. I also have LOTs of plants and I love to re-pot and propagate when I can.

Closeby we have Millfield and Springfield parks, Hackney and Walthamstow Marshes & the River Lea = surrounded my tonnes of beauty and places to explore.

About the room- it's a large double room with built-in wardrobe + large private bathroom. Comes fully furnished - there's a small desk, bedside table, shelf and bed + super comfy mattress (Otty). Items can be removed as you wish.

I'm a 36yr old gay professional, I like to keep fit and love a coffee / casual drink. I'm laid back, genuine, direct and honest, a no bullshit type of guy. I work-from-home full-time (from my room usually), and I like to socialise or host mates over the weekend. Love a good movie / Netflix and chill too. Theo is a very chilled frenchie, absolutely LOVES people and is so cute I could die.

Ideally I'm looking for a chilled and stable professional gay man - you would fit in nicely... I try to keep the place nice and clean and ideally my new roomie will be tidy(ish) too :) Will likely get a cleaner in the new year, so someone who would be willing to split that cost would be ideal.
