Double room in Clapton flat share with big garden

Hi everyone!

We are looking for someone to join our wonderful flatshare at end of March.

The house:
A spacious double room is going in our 3 bed split level flatshare in Upper Clapton. It's an amazing flat on a quiet leafy street, only minutes away from Clapton and Rectory Road Overground.
Close to Hackney downs park, Walthamstow Marshes, Abney park, Clissold park and Springfild park.

The ground floor leads to a light open plan kitchen/dining area and lounge, which opens up to a beautiful huge private garden which will be the place to be this summer post lockdown! (Hammock, BBQs, Fig tree and a friendly squirrel named Brittany)

All three bedrooms are downstairs, which creates a nice split between social and private areas of the house, and a bathroom with a shower bath (plus a second toilet upstairs),

The room is spacious and light with morning sunshine. You can easy fit the double bed, a working desk and chair and still have space for workouts. Including is a walk-in wardrobe witch comes with two clothing racks ( alternative why not turn it in to a small studio/ wfh desk space) . The bed with storage underneath and two bedside table is included too.

You'll be living with James (New Zealand) who works in education and a couple Lisa (Australian) and Pedro (Argentinian) who both work in luxury food retail. Everyone is social, creative and enjoy a glass of wine (or bottle) on the weekends but also have our own space.
