About the Flat:
The flat is in excellent condition, with a large living room, outdoor patio/alley and a spare room, which is currently being using as a studio/ office. There's also corridor space to hang a bike and any extra clothing.
The agents are super chilled and flexible and we've had no problems.
The room is a large double at the back of the house and comes part furnished.
Rent is £697 paid on the 5th of the month. Bills come to about £170 a month.
About me:
I am a 37 year old musician, originally from Scotland, I'm social and friendly but I like a chilled, quiet space to come home to. I work part time for a charity, also play football and I'm usually out a lot at the week end. When I am in the house I'm always happy to hang out and have a chat.
I'm queer but happy to live with people of any gender or sexuality. Prefer to live with someone in their 30s/ 40s.
Room is available April 10th, but this might be flexible depending on outgoing flatmates situation..
