A cosy, sunrise light-filled double room is available in a quiet riverside flat in Clapton, with stunning views over the River Lea and adjacent nature reserve.

You’ll be sharing with Michael, a friendly older gentleman in his early 80s who lives with Parkinson’s and it's symptoms, which includes mild dementia. He’s independent, often out with friends, or relaxing at home enjoying the river view.

This is a peaceful household, and would suit someone calm and respectful - ideally someone who is comfortable living with an older person who receives external care support. This is essential, as are suitable references.

Freshly decorated small double bedroom
River views and tranquil surroundings
Solid wood ottoman bed with new Nectar mattress
Black out blinds
Double wardrobe and solid wood chest of drawers
The bedroom door locks from the inside and out, for extra security

Open-plan living room with Juliet balcony overlooking the river

No overnight guests, please

You’ll be sharing with Michael and supported by his family, who manage the flat.

This is not a care role - Michael has most of his support needs in place.

Viewings and meeting Michael and his daughter Emma are essential before moving forward. Please message with any experience relevant to my father's condition if you're interested. My father has only ever co-habited with females, and although I would be happy with a male share, he may be less receptive, but we are willing to consider!
