Our housemate is moving out, so we’re looking for a friendly, sociable and considerate person to join our flat.
The room is available now, and we’re ideally hoping to fill it fairly soon (but happy to wait for the right fit).

👋 About us
Steph (32) is Australian and has been in London for a year. She works in the NHS and is into travel, live music, pubs (definitely past the club stage), and generally enjoys being social while keeping the flat relaxed.

Bren (31) is from Ireland and works in media. He works from home a couple of days a week, is into music and films, plays drums in a band, is queer, and is also social, easy-going and respectful.

🚂 2-minute walk to Clapton Overground (10 mins to Liverpool Street)
🚂 10 mins to Rectory Road, 15 mins to Stoke Newington & Dalston
🍺 Crooked Billet is very local, with The Axe and Clapton Heart also close by
🌳 Near Hackney Downs, London Fields, Victoria Park, Hackney Central & Hackney Wick
