Myself and Ro have a room available in our lovely upper Clapton flat!!

- large garden (sun trap in the summer)

£930 a month plus bills
£1066 deposit required

Super good location, 5 minute walk to Clapton overground, buses right outside the house (254/253 and close to 106). The flat itself is fully furnished, so you wouldn’t need to bring much. The room has a double bed, wardrobe/chest of drawers.

Myself and Ro are friends who both work in hospitality, would really love someone to move in with a similar schedule as we do work a lot. We’ve been friends for a few years, and have lived all around London for 6+ years and we love the area and the flat is perfect!! We’re both okay with couples, as long as your both work in hospitality and have similar schedules as us!

Our lease ends in September, but we’re looking for someone to extend our lease with when that comes up.

When we’re both on our off days we love to hang out, watch TV and go to our local pub the Crooked Billet!
