Short Term Flatshare (Edmonton)

Hi,
My name is Ieva. I am interior designer by speciality and I work in kitchen furniture industry.
I would like to find someone (females only please) to share the flat with for Short Term (3 - 4 months). Ideally someone who doesn't need to get up very early (from 8am would the best) and likes to sleep longer on weekends :)
I can offer spacious and light double bedroom in 1 bed flat for £480 per month (including bills). The flat has modern kitchen with integrated washing machine and dishwasher and private garden. There is no shared living room, as I will be living in it myself. I am looking for a flatmate who doesn't mind (I don't) crossing this room to get to the kitchen or garden. Most of the time I will be out (I am working from the office and not from home, so coming back late) and will be at home only in the evenings and weekends.
There is free parking available around the building. Big park across the road and Lidl near by. Great transport links, Silver Street station (Zone 4) just 5-7min away.
