Short Let - Double room in Archway

Sadly our current housemate is leaving due to financial struggles therefore we are looking for someone to fill the room as soon as possible. We are happy to video chat with anyone looking to move either ASAP or planning ahead for when this weird situation is over. This could be either very short term or longer rolling monthly rent.

3 Minutes Walk to Upper Holloway Overground and 8 Minutes Walk to Archway Tube Station (Northern Line). Close to 24hr buses and 30 minutes to Central London

Great location just off Holloway Road, with shops nearby (Aldi, Tesco & Sainsburys) and amazing cafe just round the corner.

The room is the second biggest in an all-girl flat and is south facing at the back of the flat so it gets loads of light and is lovely and bright throughout the day. You will be living with Laura from Wales who works in human factors and Libby an Australian who is a teacher, both in their mid to late twenties and have lived in the flat for over 3 and a half years.

We are looking for someone who is sociable and doesn't mind having impromptu house dinners when everyone's home, otherwise we like to spent a quiet night in with a glass of wine.

The house is very clean, warm and homely, it has a good sized garden and double glazing (which are both pretty rare in London!), a shared kitchen/living room and bathroom.

The flat is lovely and is fully furnished including a washing machine.

Weekly Rental: The rent will be £165 per week including bills, with a £200 deposit upfront.

Monthly rental: For short-term 2-6 month contracts the room will be £585.33 per month + 1 third of the household bills, and 1 month deposit.
