My cosy medium sized room will be available to rent from 01 of January 2019 or earlier if necessary.

The room was recently painted and is located on the top floor of the house. It is fully furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes, a chest of 6 drawers, a small coffee table, a bedside table and plenty of shelves on the wall for your books and goodies.

The house is in a great location just off Holloway Road, in Zone 2, with great transport links: a 4 minute walk to Upper Holloway Overground station, a 10 minute walk to Archway Underground Station and plenty of busses around the corner. Holloway Road has everything you need –supermarket, all sorts of shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema … - in the long stretch between Archway and Highbury & Islington stations.

The house is very quirky and spreads over three floors with a private garden at the back. There is one big bathroom with an overhead shower and bathtub, a large living room and a large kitchen.
The two current housemates have been living here long term. Emma is a yoga teacher and visual artist and has a lovely cat called Tiger. Magali works in publishing and is a keen traveller.

The household is chilled out, quiet, clean, full of plants and bright with many windows. They are looking for a housemate who wants to be part of the household – they have an occasional dinner together, sometimes go to exhibitions or out for a drink in the local pub. They also enjoy their own space and quiet.

The rent: 600 pounds per month, bills not included

Deposit: 600 pounds, agency checks: 120 pounds

Cleaner: £25 every six weeks (we rotate paying the cleaner every two weeks)
