The Room

Hello,

We are looking for a lovely new housemate to live with us in our friendly and multi-national house in Upper Holloway.

The Rent is £600 p/m and the bills are not include but come to about £100 p/m. The Deposit is one month's rent (£600) and the room will be available on Oct 1st.

The house is spread over three floors and we have a large living room, kitchen and bathroom (with shower and bath tub!) and plenty of windows so the whole house is very bright and has access to a back garden which can be used in the summer for drinks and BBQs, as well as to hang your clothes in sunny days :)

Good to know:

• The house is managed by a letting agency - References are required as well as the payment of an administrative fee (£60) to update the contract. The rent and the deposit are paid directly to the agency.

• Location is perfect - There is everything you need around here. We are off Holloway Road on the north side, minutes walk from big supermarkets, cinema, all sorts of shops, cafes, pubs and not far from beautiful green spaces like Hampstead Heath or Waterlow Park.

Transport links are amazing:

• Plenty of buses (17, 43, 263, 271) only 2 mins away from our doorstep
• 5 mins walk from Upper Holloway (Overground)
• 10 mins from Archway (Northern)
• 15-20 mins from Holloway Road (Piccadilly) and Finsbury Park (Victoria) stations
• Quick and easy access to Kings Cross/St Pancras International which will easily connect you to Gatwick & Luton Airport as well as to the Eurostar.

You'll be sharing the house with me (Sara) and another lovely housemate (Nadya). We both are professionals, love music and go to concerts regularly. We're also very sociable and keep ourselves busy with our lives. However, we always find time to chat a little in the evenings, sometimes over a beer, wine or a cigarette outside. We're mainly vegetarians

We're looking for another professional, who is friendly, sociable, easy-going, tidy. No couples (sorry).
