Hey I'm Danni.
I am seeking a new flatmate for the 2 bedroom flat I live in. Read on for more info about me and the flat.

THE FLAT
-Available from 10th March. (But might be able to be a bit flexable)
-Total £715-720pcm
The bills are not done as one singular payment, but for the sake of ease for advertising I did a total amount as the advert price.
broken down per month:
Rent £625
C. Tax £50
Internet £10
Water £13.05
Gas (on a top up meter) aprox £10
Electric (on a top up meter) aprox £10

-Your room is the largest and is furnished.
-There is indoor and outdoor bike storage areas.
-Please note there is no lounge (but your room is big enough for a sofa or desk if you need that)
-Kitchen has washing machine.
-Less than a 15min walk to Archway station.
-Road is next to the buses 91, 210, 41 and more.
-Portico is the agency and you will have to do paperwork/references etc with them first.
(agency says no DSS. They also say no students but we can try.)

ABOUT ME
I'm Danni,
I like to do yoga, and am into yoga and meditation. I am vegan and do not smoke. I love plants and have lots. I like to go to exhibitions, and occasional nights out to rock bars. But generally speaking I like to keep the flat as a peaceful chill place to come home to. I like to be able to communicate well with a housemate, I'm not saying we have to be best friends, but a positive shared environment would be great!

-Vegan/Veggie
-Clean!!!!!!!!! You must be willing to tidy/clean etc!
-Respectful of the shared space (I don't mind noise, but at reasonable times please)
-If you have a pet, agency says no pets, but current housemate has a cat (so a cat or smaller should be fine)

Obviously I just wrote out the dream housemate, I know they may not exist! But it was worth mentioning! haha
