A double bedroom available in our flatshare in Holloway. Property is located next to a park with good connection to public transport and shops. There are lots of parking space if you own a car. Rent is £550 a month excluding bills, bills come to about £50 a month. (We are super flexible and don't mind short/long term tenancies)

About us:

We are two friends that have lived together the past 2 years.

Adrian is a 28 year old Swedish architect/designer - specialize in hospitality designing hotels on a global scale. Plays basketball in a team and goes on tournaments a few times a year. Travel often for work and pleasure.

Shaniaz is 32 years old and a former lawyer turned actress, also from Sweden. She loves politics, big on yoga and always up for a good time.

Shaniaz has been in the flat for 3 years and Adrian a little over two years, we treat this as our home and take good care of it. Both of us are fun characters and there is a really nice vibe in the household. Whoever moves in will definitely feel welcomed and at home.

As we spend less time at home nowadays (Shaniaz can be away for weeks at a time for work ) we decided to turn the living room in to a bedroom which allows us to lower the rent further hence the bargain price on the advertised room. Kitchen is big and that's where we tend to hang out when we find ourselves home at the same time.
Ideal tenant would be a student/young professional, tidy, easygoing and a respectful individual who wouldn't mind hanging out with us every now and then but also like his/her own space.
