Friendly House near Finsbury Park/ Upper Holloway

We are looking for a housemate for our open plan 3 bedroom Victorian mezzanine flat in Holloway; a spacious and bright place which feels like a real home.

About the house

The flat is located in a quiet tree-lined street just off Holloway Road, which consists of the top 3 floors of a 4 storey house. There is a big open-plan kitchen and living room, a terrace and a garden, three bedrooms, one bathroom and lots of plants! The kitchen is fully equipped: we have a washing machine, dish washer, fridge-freezer and microwave. The living room has two sofas (of which one is a sofa-bed - friends are welcome to visit!) and a projector for Netflix and movie nights. We have a terrace and a garden which is south-facing, and when the sun is out, we get it for most of the day. We also have outdoor table and chairs and lots of space to relax. We also have a part time cats ( not ours) that loves to hang out on our terrace and are very friendly.

About the room

The room is on the second floor and is the smallest room in the house. It has natural food flooring and a big window which gets plenty of light because it's south facing. It's also garden facing so doesn't get any noise from the road. It has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and access to an annex as extra storage.

Rent is £550 not including bills. Bills and council tax come to around £100 per month each (less in summer months) which include gas, electricity, internet, water and council tax.


The room is available NOW, with some flexibility to move in up until early September.

We are available for viewings on weekdays at lunch time (flexible) and after 6pm, and can also do weekends if needed.
