We have a double room available in this lovely spacious flat - it's a great place to live in a quiet area within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and close to transport links.

There are 2 housemates currently living here; Amanda and Maria. We both work from home as free-lancers in the arts, and are well settled in London.

The room comes furnished with a wardrobe and double bed. It’s a great space, and overlooks the garden, which usually has sun from the morning until around 7pm on a sunny summer's day.

There is a large communal lounge upstairs, a separate bathroom, toilet and laundry area.

The rent is £580 a month.
All other bills amount to: £120 a month.
Total budget: £700

Bills include water/gas/electric, council, tv license, high speed broadband, communal household items, and a cleaner who comes every other week..

We are looking for a kind, friendly, professional and easy going housemate. We don't mind smokers but there's no smoking in the house, but you are welcome to in the garden.

We are a 15 minute walk from Finsbury Park (Victoria and Piccadilly lines) and just off Stroud Green road which is full of great restaurants and pubs. We are a 2 minute walk from Crouch Hill overground which connects you to Walthamstow / Hampstead and a 15 minute walk into Crouch End which has many more restaurants, cafes and shops! e house - but you're welcome to in the garden.
