Double Room in Crouch Hill/Finsbury Park

We have a double room available in this lovely flat - it's a great place to live in a quiet area within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and close to transport links.

There are 2 housemates currently living here; Maria and Marian. Maria works from home as a freelancer, Marian is a journalist who works from home part-time. 

The room comes furnished with a wardrobe and double bed. It’s a great space, and overlooks the garden. There is a communal lounge upstairs, and a separate bathroom, toilet and laundry area.

We are a 15 minute walk from Finsbury Park (Victoria and Piccadilly lines) and just off Stroud Green road which is full of great restaurants and pubs. We are a 2 minute walk from Crouch Hill overground which connects you to Walthamstow / Hampstead and a 15 minute walk into Crouch End which has many more restaurants, cafes and shops! 

The rent is £650/month.
All other bills amount to around £125/month (sometimes a little higher depending on the energy bill). Bills include water/gas/electric, council, tv license, high speed broadband, and a cleaner who comes every other week. 

Though we love to socialize and friends are welcome, we are not a party house. We are looking for a friendly, considerate, professional and easy going housemate, who ideally does not WFH. Females preferred. Move in is 1st June (but could possibly arrange for earlier in May if needed). If interested please message us telling us a little about yourself!
