Big double bed with new mattress, storage also underneath the bed as well as bedside table/drawers and book shelves. Huge built in wardrobe space, big corner desk with lots of space and mirror.
The room is 531pm (Bills are around 90 a month per person) Deposit 567.

The flat is split on two floors and has a spacious kitchen, garden/terrace area great for summer drinks and food.
The lounge is well decorated with dining table, chairs, sofa, armchairs, TV and old fireplace. The kitchen has washing machine, gas over and hob, space for bikes outdoors too.

Great location, the tube (northern line archway) is around 10 mins walk away, the overground at upper Holloway and 15 mins walk to Finsbury Park station on the Victoria/piccadilly lines.
Several buses operate 24/7 a stones throw away 91, 43, 271, 263, 17, 254, 253. It is very direct to get to central London or east London.

The house is very warm and homely, Clean and chilled. At the moment our working schedules are all a little different but we catch each other for a drink in the kitchen or lounge and sometimes cook together.
