Hello everyone!
I have a room available in a flat shared with myself 👋🏼🙂

Great location near Upper Holloway overground and Archway station.

The flat is a split level flat with a private garden that’s great for BBQs and hosting , big living room for movie nights , good sized kitchen and great storage. The flat also comes with washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. Street parking .

The room is a decent sized double room that gets lovely morning sun and a view of the garden. My flatmate is also selling his furniture so if needed those are up for grabs. Or alternatively the room can come unfurnished.

I am looking for someone cool to share this home with 🙂 someone that loves cats and dogs as I’m a pet sitter and there’s often animals around. Also someone tidy and clean that cares for the flat and loves a sociable house while respecting each others privacy.
I’m in my 30s , a plant loving Virgo who loves to go to gigs , enjoy a glass of wine and a movie as well as hosting the occasional bbq or a gathering. I love all things home and cooking and want to share the house with someone like minded 🙂
