Small Double Room in Upper Holloway

Looking for someone to fill a small double room from 1st May.

🛏️ About the Room:

The room has a double bed, open wardrobe, shelving unit with drawers, a small bedside table and under bed storage. The room is at the back of the house and overlooks the garden/ patio area. There’s also storage space under the stairs.

🏠 About the House and current housemates:

There are 4 bedrooms (with rent split by size), 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a patio area.

We’re 4 working professionals who have lived in the house for a few years (originally from spareroom). Some of us work hybrid and some are in the office.

We’re quite a chilled house who enjoy spending time together but we aren’t a party house and we equally have our own thing going on. We enjoy pub trips, game nights, going for food, movie nights etc.

This is an LGBTQ friendly house.

We also have a great landlord!

📍About the Location:

The house is located in Upper Holloway on a quiet street.

We are 15 minutes from Finsbury Park tube (Piccadilly, Victoria and national rail), Upper Holloway Overground and Archway tube (Northern). There are also plenty of buses that run throughout the night as well.

We have a Tesco, Morrisons, Lidl, Aldi and Sainsbury’s all within a 15 minute walk away.

There’s also a gym, cinema, pubs, cafes and shops near by.

👭 About you:

We’re looking for a working professional who is ideally a similar age to us. WFH is fine- there’s no space in the room for a desk but there’s space to work in the living room which you’re welcome to do.

We are looking for someone friendly, tidy (we have a cleaning rota), chilled, a good laugh and considerate as some people in the house work night shifts.

Smoking is fine outside the house.

💰Cost:

Rent is £558 a month (usually doesn’t go up much each year), bills are £80 - £100 a month.

Deposit is £703 (slightly weird split).
