Bright double room near Archway

Hello!

After nearly 2 years of living in this beautiful and spacious house I’m moving into my own flat. That means my room will shortly be available. The room itself is a double room with lots of storage space and super bright and airy.
We are 4 people in the house (1 guys and 3 girls), looking for either a girl or a boy to replace me. I’m planning to have moved out by the 21st of March but can move out sooner if needed.

The current housemates are three easy going people (2 girl, 1 boys) looking for someone to share a lovely four bedroom house in Upper Holloway.

About the housemates:
They are all people in their late twenties who enjoy going out for a beer (often more!), but also enjoy chilling and watching movies and trash TV. They enjoy cooking and having friends over for BBQs in the garden when the summer decides to make an appearance ;)
Aside from that they are all professionals so are considerate during the week when they have work. Emma is a Buyer, Robbin works for a brewer, and Martyna works in a city law firm, all very different professions!

To replace me we are looking for an easy going housemate who enjoys socialising with the house but also has their own life. We consider this house as a home and try to keep it tidy (with the help of our lovely cleaner!)

About the house:
The house is a lovely Victorian 4 bedroom house with a kitchen, dining room and lounge to share. It also has a back garden perfect for summer BBQs !
The house is 3 minutes from Upper Holloway Overground and less than 10 from Archway Underground station. On the way to the station you will find an Aldi, Tesco, and Sainburys so you will be very well served!

The room is a ground floor double bedroom that benefits from lots of light. The rent is a steal for the price, and because we rent directly from the landlord there are NO silly agency fees involved.

ALL THE BILLS are included with the rent, no surprises! This is gas/electric, water, BT (with sports, fast broadband, cleaner and council tax.

We are aiming to have some Coronavirus appropriate viewings so send us a message telling us a bit about yourself if you want to come over to take a look and have a socially distanced chat in the garden to meet the housemates!
