There is also a bar area, jacuzzi and sauna room, a spare bedroom for occasional guests and a large room which will either be used as a cinema room or gym.

The house is in a really quiet road and is 10-12 minutes walk to Gipsy Hill station, a 10 minute bus ride to West Norwood station and around the same to Crystal Palace centre, with it's fantastic bars and restaurants. There's a bus stop at the end of the street.

We're looking for an easy-going, friendly and tidy person to move in. Three of us have already signed on this place, so looking for a fourth to move in with us on 10th September.
