...a friendly and outgoing music lover/home owner/live in landlord working in the media, looking for a suitable lodger for the spare room to move in ASAP.

The house has two floors. The room I am renting is part furnished and decorated, it currently includes a single bed, computer desk and wardrobe although feel free to swap with your own items if needed.

The room is on the first floor along with the main bathroom (shared) across the landing so you will have that floor to yourself essentially. There is also a second toilet on the ground floor.


I have two children, soon to be 8 and 4 years who are shared custody.
The children's room is on the top floor of the house.

The house is a new build on a quiet back street of Upper Norwood. Crystal Palace triangle is a 15 minute walk with restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
Also walking distance to crown point and Streatham common.

Gypsy Hill is the closest train station with frequent trains to Victoria and London Bridge.
There is a small back garden with patio for BBQ's in the summer and there is a shared bike shed at the end of the houses too. Free road side parking is available on streets around the house.

Rent is £750 which includes bills
Deposit is 1 month rent (£750)

A contract will need to be signed and
I will do all relevant checks (as spareroom website suggests) and the room will be let to the person I feel most suitable.
