This house will suit somebody who will be at work a lot and wants a safe and peaceful home to come home to. Housemates will need to be comfortable and considerate to live within a mixed living environment, including short-term staying guests that will have their own toilet facilities.

Professionally decorated house with quality throughout, and offers plenty of space. We also have a private garden and I'd really like to make the house a home so the mix of housemates is a priority for me.

The kitchen is well equipped with a 5 burner gas hob, oven, microwave and kitchenware. Separate living room space with dining room. Utility room with washing machine. Downstairs toilet.

3-piece bathroom suite with a powerful shower.

The house is in a great location in South London, short bus journeys (5-15 minutes) to many train stations including West/South Norwood, Crystal Palace and Gipsy Hill.
