Quiet room next to the woods

Hi there,
Double room available in my place. It’s available from the beginning of May.
£895 pcm including all bills. Rolling tenancy but ideally 6 months minimum.
Sydenham Hill station = 10 mins walk. Nearest overground: Forest Hill / Sydenham, both 20 mins walk.
The area: quiet, leafy. I moved here because I love the woods and I like to go on bike rides or running at the weekend. Local highlights include Sydenham Hill Woods, the Horniman Museum, Herne Hill Velodrome and Crystal Palace Park. I tend to do a big online shop once a month as the good shops are down the hill.
The flat: It’s a relatively feminine space: clean, cosy and colourful with lots of plants and books. The room itself is bright and spacious, east facing. Comes with double bed and plenty of storage (two wardrobes!). I’m happy for you to hang pictures etc in the room. For couples the price would be higher as it includes the bills - the total would be 1,095.
Kitchen has everything you need plus rice cooker and hopefully soon an airfryer. There’s an allotment patch downstairs shared between the residents of the building. I’m working on getting a wormery to recycle kitchen scraps.
Access: It’s a 4th floor flat - there’s a lift but unfortunately there’s several steps to get up to the ground floor, making it not very disability friendly 🙁 Once inside, everything is on the same level.
Me: I’m, 34, queer, and I work as a cycling coach, so I don’t work regular hours and often work until 9 or 10pm. Sometimes I’ll have weeks where I’m out all the time and sometimes I’ll have a more homely week. I have a few local friends who will pop by relatively often, or come over for movie night. At home I spend lots of time reading, playing video games or training on my indoor bike trainer.
Sometimes I look after a sweet dog (pictured!) so prospective lodgers must be ok with this!
You: I prefer not to live with cis-men. The ideal person would appreciate a quieter style of living, and have respectful guests. If you’re green fingered you’ll love it - the woods are beautiful. Hopefully you’ll be happy to hang out occasionally on evenings - sharing a meal or a film. The place is probably best suited to someone fairly active as it’s on top of a massive hill (great views though!)
