Shared use of living room and good size sunny garden with spacious covered patio area. Situated on a quiet residential street in Upper Sydenham with plenty of parking spaces and beautiful Wells Park on the doorstep. We enjoy all the benefits of close proximity to the city and local amenities, with the added plus of plenty of open green spaces and good air quality.

Close to Sydenham Stn (East London Line and London Bridge) and Sydenham Hill Stn (Victoria) with 12 minute journey into central London. Easy access to shops, bars, restaurants and gyms of Sydenham, Forest Hill and Crystal Palace.
