MON-FRI ONLY - one large furnished en-suite double room to let in Victorian flat in Crystal Palace for clean, tidy, quiet and respectful professional person to live with a busy professional male (mid 40s).
Bills are included, which includes gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband and a twice-monthly cleaner.

The room is fully furnished and has a wardrobe, desk and chair for professional use and a smart TV as well as a very comfortable 'Emma' bed. The room is decorated and there is not scope to decorate or bring your own furniture - as its my home, this is not the idea. Access to the kitchen and living room is encouraged, without being too intrusive. This can be discussed to suit all needs. The room would suit a friendly professional who needs a comfortable, homely place to stay during the week with their own bathroom in beautiful surrounds and a person who appreciates and understands how to live in a clean and tidy flat (e. g. cleans up after themselves, keeps it tidy, doesnt leave a trail)).

Backing on to park, the flat is in a green, quiet area with families and professional couples. It's a 15 minute walk to the lively centre of Crystal Palace or Sydenham, both of which have a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops. It's a 10-15 min walk to Sydenham station(20 mins Overground to the city or London Bridge) or Penge East Station (17 min train to Victoria); or 12 minutes to Penge West or Crystal Palace stations (both Overground to city or London Bridge). Buses to East Dulwich (20 mins) or Peckham (20 mins) go from down the road.
