Our housemate is moving out to go traveling and has left us with a large, bright double room to fill.
The house is stunning and very spacious. There is a large communal living/ dining room, kitchen (gas hob and dishwasher), shared bathroom and large back garden. The bedroom itself is very spacious and comes with the double bed and wardrobe in the pictures.
We would love to share with someone who is laid back, respectful and tidy.
ABOUT US:
Sarah: Im an artist with my own art business. I love anything unusual/unconventional, performing stand up comedy, arts and crafts, charity shops, horror movies, bizarre docs and trying new experiences.
Martin: Government economist who works on energy and climate change policy. He loves a good podcast, hitting the gym, watching sports (football and F1) and entertaining his housemates with funny stories of failed dates.
The room is available from today but very flexible as the housemate will be leaving at the end of Jan. The room is £890 + £155 bills (which may slightly increase/decrease throughout the year depending on energy use) which includes all bills including broadband and council tax. We are lucky to have a landlord who is easy going and quick to fix issues.
The house is under 10 minutes walk from Colliers Wood tube (which means you have a much better chance of getting a seat in the mornings), 15 mins from Tooting Broadway tube and 10 Mins from Tooting railway station. There are loads of shops nearby and big Lidl, Aldi and Sainsbury's all about 10 minutes walk away.
