I'm looking for a new flatmate to take the second double room in our lovely flat, located between Tooting Bec and Wandsworth Common. Wandsworth Common Overground is a 15-minute walk, and Tooting Bec Underground is 10 minutes away. Balham is also close by, offering great transport links and amenities.
The flat features an open-plan kitchen and living space with bi-fold doors leading out to the garden, plus a newly fitted bathroom. There’s plenty of storage, including a cellar. The landlord is fantastic, quick to respond and has a handyman on call for any issues.
I’ve been living here for over 12 months and work in HR, spending two days a week working from home. I’m looking for a flatmate with a similar vibe, friendly, respectful, and easygoing.
