This 1-bed house is still available, as the references for the prospective tenant fell through.

The rooms in the house are the following: upstairs bedroom (double); upstairs lounge; dining room; bathroom and kitchen. There is also a garden with garden furniture.  The downstairs front room is used as a storage room, so it is essentially a one-bed house, which is reflected in the price.

As there is only one useable bedroom, it would suit a single person or a couple.  Non-smokers only.

The house has gas central heating, original floorboards, washing machine, fridge freezer and gas cooker. There are very good transport links: Walthamstow Central tube (fast Victoria Line) is 5 minutes by bus or 13 minutes on foot. There is also the overground rail to Liverpool St station, which takes 18 minutes. Good road links to North Circular, M11/M25. Permit parking . Tesco is also 5 minutes’ walk away, and the shopping centre/market are a 14-minute walk away.

The initial viewing will be through WhatsApp, followed by an in-person viewing.
