I live in/own a new build flat in Walthamstow (Wood Street E17) which has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with large kitchen diner / living room.

Looking for someone to rent the spare room and private bathroom on a short term rolling basis.

I also have an 18month old Staffy puppy and so anyone looking to rent needs to like pups. He’s actually a dream and very easy to manage anyways.

I've taken the en suite which leaves the other double bedroom & main bathroom (with bath/shower) for you (both photographed). Bedroom comes with a bed and big chest of draws.

Difficult to photo the room properly but it’s a good size double with room with king sized bed and a big chest of draws.

I'm 29 and work from home as an Account Executive Ed Tech Software company.

I tend to be out socialising most of the weekend and some week nights. Enjoy watching & playing sport, cooking, pub sessions & eating out.

Looking for someone (no couples) of a similar age, with similar interests and who doesn’t work from home all the time, to join me.

Flat is just accross the road from Wood Street overground which goes direct to Clapton in 8 mins, Hackney in 10 minutes & Liverpool Street in 15/20 mins. Walthamstow central is about a 10 min walk which is on the Victoria line into central too.

Lots of cool cafe's, restaurants, breweries and pubs in the area. Epping forest is also a 5/10 min walk away with loads of greenery.


£1050 pcm inclusive of everything (insanely good craic, WIFI, Sky TV, Netflix, Prime, etc etc etc) and all kitchen/house stuff bla bla bla... and all the boring stuff & bills included (council tax/water/gas/electrics).
