Lovely 2 bed flat near wood street

Hey I’m Max (30), I would say I’m relaxed and friendly person to be around. I enjoy going out for food, love film, love meeting new people, going out in the evening, but also chilling and having general chat. My current flatmate Joe is moving out to live with his partner, so I’m looking for a new person to come live with me in this two bed flat in lovely Walthamstow. I’m Looking for someone friendly, who would look to make this place feel homely, and bring a good vibe to the place. I work at a bakery nearby so im out during the day, and work weekends frequently so would suit someone who does work at home from time to time.

Internet and water is £45 each - the internet is a bit slow for London
Gas and electricity can fluctuate between £60-£80 a month
Council tax is £80 each

The flat has good sunsets in the living room, there is a communal green space out the back of the flat with a few trees, really nice to go out and read in. wood street is close by, for coffee/pastries, random shops, and then wood street overground is 10 mins away, which links to Liverpool Street and the Victoria line.
