I have a double room (1 person per room) available now. 3 minute walk to the Overground Train Station to Liverpool st and a 5 minute walk to Whipps Cross hospital.


Everyone in the house works full time so we need to find someone who also works full time.

This an older house share so I am looking for someone 30+ who is quiet, mature who has lived in a house share previously.

(Please note.. strictly NO couples - 1 person per room)

TRAVEL: Perfect for the city only 17 minutes via over-ground (Wood Street) to (Liverpool St) the nearest tube is (Walthamstow Central) which is 7min by bus, buses run every 5min or take the over-ground one stop and change for the Victoria Line.

TENANT: Must work full time be able to pay rent on time, speak fluent english, clean & tidy non smokers, minimum 6 month stay. Contract will be provided, prof of income requested (bank statement) no pets.
