I have a large double bedroom to rent in a lovely townhouse.
8 minutes walk from Upton Park tube station and 12 minutes walk from East Ham. Great transport access and good high street shops. There are also two gastro pubs in the area that opened recently (The Denmark Arms and The Red Lion, E6).
The room is in a large townhouse and sharing with myself (the landlady) and one other lodger (male).
The shared spaces are the large kitchen/diner and the large sunny garden with nice garden furniture. There is also a washer/dryer. I also have a large outbuilding at the back of the garden that is used as another communal/social area.
I also have two cats. They are very friendly.
