Good sized double room with a king size bed and ample wardrobe and drawer space, available for a Monday-Friday morning let in a quiet and relaxed home. The flat is located on the 8th floor of a new block of apartments, decorated in a modern style. There is a generously sized private terrace with great views over London to the east and south. There's 150Mb broadband, and softened water for the shower.

You would be sharing with me, the flat owner. During more normal times I like climbing, enjoying London with friends by virtue of heading to comedy, theatre, music or dance shows, as well as visiting various galleries. I'm a full-time professional in technology, studying part-time with a view toward a complete career change. I'm looking for someone friendly, relaxed, and trustworthy to share my home with on a part-time basis.

Given both my focus on my studies and friends visiting from out of town some weekends, I've decided a Monday-Friday morning let is the right thing for me and whoever might take the room. In more normal times I'd generally be out a couple of nights a week as I enjoy climbing with friends, but am happy to share as much or as little time together as we manage - I very much understand people have busy lives, especially those looking at Mon-Fri lets. You can be sure of a calm environment - on a weeknight I'm usually in bed by 11pm regardless of any evening endeavours, climbing or otherwise.

You'd have exclusive use of the main bathroom - I have an en-suite. You're very welcome to leave clothes and items in the drawers and wardrobe over the weekends. Fresh sheets and a fresh towel provided weekly to save you worrying about those sorts of logistics.
