Bright cozy double bedroom, available, for a non smoking female only in a quiet residential area, of East Ham only 5 minutes walking distance from the Upton Park Tube Station.

I am a live in landlord recently separated from my girlfriend I and have interest in many things.
This room would be suitable for somebody who likes socialising, cooking together, have deep meaning for conversations and spend time in the town going for gigs, restaurants, pubs, bars maybe even taking a short break over the weekend away from London etc.

It is a very multicultural area and a rich and colourful array of shops and businesses are everywhere to be seen, exotic colors, sounds and smells.
With Priory, West Ham, Plashed Wanstead Flats, Manor, Prior, Central and Beckton District Parks you have 7 parks within walking distance.

Bus number 104, stops one minute walking distance from the house and takes you in 13 minutes to Stratford City, the Olympic Stadium and you will find Westfield’s which is Europe’s biggest shopping mall, with 50 restaurants, bars, cinemas and shopping centers.

Canary Warf, the financial centre of London, is not only the business distinct filled with suited business people, but also East London’s trendiest go out spot, with numberless Bars, Pubs and Restaurants with river view, about 15 - 20 minutes away from the house
