ABOUT
After 3 years I am sadly leaving my Vauxhall house to move to a different area in London. The house is a 4-bed, shared with young professionals who are a super friendly, in their mid/late twenties. 1 shared bathroom and a separate downstairs toilet. The house is close to the riverside,, cafes, a few different gyms, restaurants and bars. It is also a short walk from a Waitrose, Tesco and a big Sainsbury’s store. 4 minute walk to Vauxhall tube and 5 mins to Oval tube. 25 minute walk to Victoria this is an ideal location for minimal public transport use.

THE ROOM
A really spacious double-room, which comes fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

THE HOUSE
The rest of the house is clean and spacious. The main feature is the large lounge area where you’ll often find us catching up on our days or watching TV. The kitchen has a large dining table which makes for good dinner party set-ups.

BILLS
Bills come to max £70/month.

PROCESS
References required by private landlady. No agent fees.

MOVE IN DATE
I'm looking to move out either mid December or after New Year, so can be flexible with the date.
