Hello! I have a lovely cosy bright double room to rent.

Flat is second floor (stair access only) and has two rooms in total, so not sharing with multiple people.

All bills inclusive - with WiFi.
No admin fees.

Flat is fully with equipped kitchen (cooker, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, washing machine, etc).
Room has desk, lamp, draws and in built wardrobe.

Location:
Zone 1/2 with excellent transport links.

1 minute walk from new Ninelms zone 1 underground station (due to open soon), 5-10min walk to Vauxhall and Stockwell Station.

Near large Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Lidl and plenty of bus routes and 24hour buses. Walking distance to the Southbank riverside. 5 local gyms all within 6 min walking distance, plenty of parks nearby.

About me:
Full time working professional and mother to a 10 year old.

I enjoy reading, red wine, indoor plants and travelling. I also love to clean (but not OCD) and always aim to keep the flat in good condition and covid free.

I’m quite relaxed and friendly but I do ask that our new flat mate is tidy and considerate. I have long and active days at work so I like to chill and take it easy when I get home. Prefer someone who is able to respect space and privacy as I will also do the same.
