Friendly House on Wandsworth Road - Male Wanted

A single room on the edge of zone 1 has become available in our lovely house from the 5th of November 2019. The room itself comes furnished, with a chest of drawers, wardrobe and a bedside table.

The House : There is 2 bathrooms; one of which is newly refurbished, a living room, kitchen, a rooftop terrace and lower garden.

Bills : Rent includes most bills and a cleaner every Friday. Does not include internet and water which comes to about 15 quid a month.

Location : There is a bus stop right outside the door.
10 minute walk to Stockwell and Vauxhall Tube Station.
7 minute walk to a big Sainsburys.
1 minute walk to Pure Gym, Tesco Express.

In the area there are local pubs, restaurants, cafes, chemists, and dominoes to name a few.

We ideally would like someone who is friendly, as we like to hang out together when we can, but we like to respect each other’s space too.
