This is a spacious double bedroom. The bed has a new mattress, unused and the room was recently fitted with new curtains. Medium size wardrobe and additional storage unit. The room as seen on the pictures has a beautiful view of the river and the Battersea Power Station.
About the flat:
This is a big 2 bedroom apartment which has a spacious living room with big sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV and open plan and big kitchen with all kitchen appliances. There is also a dining area and wide balcony with direct access from the living room. The flat has 2 bathrooms. The bathroom on the pictures is the bathroom you can solely use to yourself, including a bath tub.
St George Wharf development provides security on site, 24/7 concierge services,24/7 gym on site, yoga classes, Pret a Manger, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose are only 0-4 minutes walk. There are also 4 restaurants on the riverside and more in the complex, Medical Centre, Dry cleaning services, bank, ATM machine and beauty salons. Great walking riverside alley with views to Big Ben and the Eye, about 10-15min walking distance from flat. Battersea park is also within 15-20 minutes walk.

About the roommate:
You will be sharing the flat with only one professional, very respectful individual in the early 30s who is looking for equally respectful flatmate. This is not a party flat, it is a very tidy and tranquil place to live in. You can use the kitchen and shared spaces freely as long as it is not a mess after.
Preferably professionals, Monday to Friday only. I would also consider less days for example Monday to Thursday or even less. Rent adjustments will apply for more or less days as long as the flatmate is reliable and respectful I am happy to discuss. No pets, no parties. No partners visiting or staying over. The rent is entirely for a single occupancy. Bills are included, cleaning and cleaning materials is not unless we arrange otherwise. I normally have a cleaner once a month and clean the rest of the time myself.
The room is available now. There is no commitment to length of stay.

Please note this is Monday-Friday let. Not full time, not for a couple. Rent can be adjusted depending on the days required by occupant. Short-term lets are welcome.
