Double room ensuite, Vauxhall/Stockwell

We are looking for 1 new housemate in a lovely house situated less than 10 minutes walk to both Nine Elms, Stockwell, and Vauxhall stations (Victoria/Northern lines and National rail) and two 24h buses right outside.

The house comprises 4 en suite bedrooms with separate living room, full-sized kitchen, guest toilet and garden with shed for bikes.

We are also within walking distance (5 mins) to Nine Elms Big Sainsbury's (right next to the Nine Elms Station), one stop from Battersea Power Station, and plenty of local supermarkets and restaurants are nearby.

You will share the house with 3 people, 2 males and 1 female (you will be the 4th). All professionals, open-minded, sociable and laid back. Everybody is in his mid-30s, so ideally looking for someone of the same age.

The room is fully furnished with private bathroom (with bath tub) and have plenty of light.

We are looking for a professional, with similar mindset that like to enjoy the London life and appreciate a chilled home environment. We like to spend time together on occasion but this is not a party house.

Bills are not included and will be approximately 190 GBP per month for water, Council Tax, Power, Gas, Internet, Netflix, TV license and weekly cleaner.
