This is a lovely, quiet flat in a very peaceful, safe, green oasis between Vauxhall Park and Nine Elms.

The flat consists of two bright double bedrooms - your room (with a desk if you are working from home) & the other bedroom which is currently occupied by a single professional woman. There is also a large sitting/dining room and a modern bathroom. The kitchen is kitted out with low-energy use appliances which include a large fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.

There is gas C/H (new boiler) and an entry phone.

You will be sharing with Sheyi. She is 29 years old and works in Westminster as a social researcher. Sheyi is a plant lover who enjoys cooking and having friends over from time to time for games nights or dinner (pre Covid-19). She enjoys watching films in the living room but also having her own space in her bedroom. Sheyi would like to share with another friendly, professional woman around her own age who also has their own interests and social life. It is important that her new flatmate is clean and tidy.

The flat is on the raised ground floor of a purpose-built, privately owned Mansion block. It overlooks landscaped gardens and a communal outside seating area.

Vauxhall bus, underground and overground stations are about 5 mins walk away (Zone 1). The new Nine Elms underground station (Northern Line), due to open this year, is even closer, next to Sainsburys' flagship store on Wandsworth Rd. There are a cafes and restaurants on nearby Wilcox Rd. and the Thames and the Arts scene on the Southbank are a stroll away.

For car users Permit Parking is available. There is on-site bike storage.
