We are a student and trainee lawyer, who have been living in the flat for a year, and need to replace our previous flatmate who is moving out at the end of the month.
We are both incredibly respectful and treat the flat as a place for some much needed down time between studies and work, as well as working from home in the flat a couple days a week. We prioritise keeping the shared spaces clean and always clean up after ourselves.
The room has a lovely view of vauxhall park and faces away from the main road, meaning that it is quiet. Additionally we have both a gate and a front door which sets the house apart from the main road.
The area is safe and mainly consists of families. It is perfect for commuting as Vauxhall has overground, bus and underground services within a 3 minute walk from the house.
The room comes furnished with a bed and desk. The decorations and art in the video have been removed from the room.
Our tenancy runs out on August the 31st with no chance of extension as the landlords are selling the house after us, so we are looking for someone who could fill the room for June till the end of August.
